The TemboTusk Skottle Grill Lid is used to steam vegetables, speed up cooking, keep meals warm, and produce popcorn, among other things.

On windy days, the Wind Guard comes in handy.

If you want to get a little more creative with the Skottle Grill, the Steam Tray comes in handy. Smoke meats, steamed vegetables and shellfish bake pizza, and so forth.
