Description
One of the most critical enhancements anybody who drives to isolated regions can make is adding a winch to their vehicle. However, having only a winch isn’t always enough. A Winch Extension Rope safely lengthens the cable of your winch to reach your chosen recovery or anchor point. If you’re doing a car recovery with one or more snatch blocks, you’re much more likely to run out of cable, thus having an AEV Winch Extension Rope in your recovery equipment assures that you’ll never be short on cable again.
Genuine Dyneema ® SK78 synthetic fibre is used to provide optimal strength and endurance. For fast and convenient storage, and AEV Rope Strap is supplied.
34,300 lb MBS and 8575 lb WLL
Please Note: The Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) is the force required to break or fail a recovery device. The Working Load Limit (WLL) is the maximum force that a recovery device is designed to safely support when applied in-line and across the device’s centerline. The WLL is determined by multiplying the Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) by a safety factor of around 4-to-1. The MBS of the AEV Snatch Block, for example, is 52,000 LBS, hence the WLL is 13,000 LBS when divided by a 4-to-1 safety factor.
