The AEV Steering Damper for JL Wrangler/Gladiator is designed to replace the OEM steering damper for automobiles with suspension lifts and larger tyres. The AEV Steering Damper, developed in partnership with Bilstein USA, provides a significant improvement in both steering and handling by being more efficient at dampening minute movements and vibrations that are normally accentuated in cars with larger tyres.

The AEV Steering Damper is suggested for anybody who has installed a 2″ AEV Spacer Lift or 2.5″ AEV DualSport RT Suspension System, but it’s also a great way to replace the vehicle’s troublesome OEM damper. The AEV Steering Damper is finished in a dark grey metallic finish to match the Bilstein 5100 shocks found in our 2.5′′ DualSport RT Suspension System.
