AEV JL/Gladiator Differential Covers are developed exclusively for the Jeep Gladiator and JL Wrangler’s new Dana M210 (front) and Dana M220 (rear) axles. These heavy-duty, nodular iron Differential Covers include an axle-specific fluid level port set to the exact level to match factory standards, eliminating the need to guess at oil level or use a dipstick to determine the necessary quantity of oil.
For extra convenience, AEV Differential Covers include a more significant oil fill port on the top of the cover. This fill port serves as an inspection port, allowing the operator to see inside the differential, inspect ring gear teeth, check for water incursion, or even utilize a dial indicator for scanning for faults without ever removing the cover.
Please Note: All Jeep Gladiator and JL Wrangler Rubicon vehicles will fit these Differential Covers. The M220 rear axle is standard on JL Wrangler Sahara versions, whereas the M210 front axle is optional. An M220 rear axle may be offered on some 2019 Sport models (available option). Please double-check your axle type before purchase if you are unsure.
